What do we believe?
Our school is supported by both Immanuel and St. James Lutheran Churches. We are part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. We operate under the guidance of the Holy Scriptures and the doctrinal confessions of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
Our religion curriculum is at the center of all we do. Each teacher will integrate our faith into all subject areas. We use the Concordia Publishing House Voyages series for our religion classes.
Our 7th and 8th grade students study Old and New Testament history and also Christian doctrine which is taught by the pastors of both churches.
Both Immanuel and St. James Lutheran Churches offer instructional classes for those wishing to join one of the congregations. We encourage our school families to visit both churches.
Weekly Chapel Services are a part of our ISJ education. Chapel services are led by the pastors of Immanuel and St. James Lutheran Churches. Our teachers also serve as chapel leaders. Occassionally we will have a guest speaker. Our students participate in the chapel services in both leadership and support roles. Each quarter we choose a different organization to benefit from our chapel offerings. Parents are welcome to join us for our chapel service.

PTL hosts our annual Oktoberfest, helps with box top and soup label collection programs, and financially supports ISJ in areas that may fall outside our operating budget.
