Grades K-8th

ISJ is dedicated to the day school ministry sponsored by our two congregations with the guidance of the Holy Scriptures and the doctrinal confessions of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

Founded on the principle that all knowledge begins in reverence to the Lord, and in keeping with the realization that we are saved to serve in His kingdom, ISJ seeks to develop the talents and abilities of its students with a quality education while nurturing their faith and willingness to lead others into the family of Christ.

IMG_4310[883].jpg

The athletic program at ISJ emphasizes Christian values -- during practice and competitions -- for coaches, players, friends, and families. Although athletes practice and compete to the best of their ability, exhibiting faith in Jesus Christ -- and not just winning -- is the most important goal of the season.

The objectives of our athletic programs are as follows:

  • To ALWAYS put Christ first and "Do all to the glory of God"

  • To develop strong team spirit and loyalty to the school

  • To develop a positive attitude for our school, team, coach, and yourself

  • To encourage and develop in each athlete, self-confidence, responsibility, initiative, and feeling of belonging

Available programs include:

  • Co-ed Volleyball

  • Track
